Spadina–Harbourfront Women’s Youth Council

The Spadina–Harbourfront Women’s Youth Council is a space for young women and gender-diverse youth in our community to shape the future of local and national politics.

This council brings together passionate voices to:

Share ideas and perspectives directly with MP Chi Nguyen.
Lead community and policy projects that matter to them.
Help shape the riding’s priorities through youth-driven advocacy.

By centering the experiences of young women and gender-diverse youth, the Council ensures that decisions made in Ottawa reflect the realities of our community here at home.

Why it matters

Representation begins with listening. The Council provides a platform for young leaders to raise the issues that affect them most — from education and equity to housing, climate, and beyond. Their work will help build stronger connections between Parliament and Spadina–Harbourfront’s next generation of changemakers.
